UN: Losing meridian change competition could spell 'disaster for Africa'

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — The United Nations arch says a universe is losing a competition with meridian change and “this can be a disaster for Africa” and beyond.

Antonio Guterres urged some-more domestic will for financing and instrumentation as he spoke on Saturday forward of a limit of a African Union continental body.
