'Travel is discouraged' in southern Michigan on Friday, National Weather Service cautions

KALAMAZOO, MI – The National Weather Service is cautioning motorists that transport is disheartened in some tools of southern Michigan on Friday, looking forward to a charge that could move adult to a feet of sleet in some areas.

“Travel is disheartened in southern Michigan on Friday, generally areas in a closeness of I-94 and US-12,” a NWS in Grand Rapids pronounced as it put adult a new foresee map on a Facebook page.

“Snow will turn complicated during a morning. Unplowed side roads might turn insurmountable for some vehicles by late morning or afternoon.”

MLive Meteorologist Mark Torregrossa has outlined a timeline of a storm, that is set to start around midnight tonight and ramp adult during a day on Friday.

Morning and dusk commutes are approaching to be impacted by this storm.

The sleet is approaching to be complicated and wet, that can means problems with vehicles removing stranded on unplowed roads.

This form of sleet is also some-more of a risk to shovel.
