A new check has reportedly been pre-filed in South Carolina that would need high propagandize students in a state to take a personal financial class.

Under a legislation from Republican state Sen. Luke Rankin, high propagandize students would be compulsory to take during slightest one half-credit personal financial march and pass a exam during a finish of a propagandize year in sequence to graduate, a local ABC hire reported on Wednesday.
