South Africa’s Finance Minister Sees Strikes Weighing on Growth

CAPE TOWN, South Africa—Global doubt and a long mining strike will top South Africa’s mercantile expansion during “around 2%” this year, stoking rand sensitivity and interrupting skeleton to slight a bill deficit, a country’s new financial apportion said.
