Report: Asset damage pays for military travel

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — A journal examination of financial annals by Connecticut military shows that income dispossessed by convicted criminals such as drug dealers is used to buy military dogs, clandestine vehicles, technology, aptness apparatus and to compensate for transport to events around a country.
