The 3 winners of Super Bowl Sunday, in order:

1. The Eagles.
2. Odell Beckham Jr. and Eli Manning.
3. Monmouth’s amicable media team.

The latter warranted a feat interjection to a shining shot behind on Twitter after Penn State football attempted to explain Patriots far-reaching receiver and Ramapo local Chris Hogan as one of a own.

It’s well-documented Hogan played lacrosse during Penn State for 4 years before transferring to Monmouth for one deteriorate of football. So before kickoff Sunday, Penn State’s football Twitter comment wished Hogan (and Eagles descent lineman Stefan Wisniewski) luck.

Note a chatter identified Wisniewski as a Penn State letterwinner, and Hogan simply as a “Penn Stater.” However, a striking of Hogan enclosed Penn State’s football catchphrase “Unrivaled” on a bottom. And Monmouth wasn’t going to let that one go though a response.

And Penn State was burnt like a Patriots’ Malcolm Butler-less secondary. Hogan fell brief of a second true Super Bowl pretension on Sunday in Philly’s 41-33 win, though he had a large diversion himself, throwing 6 passes for 128 yards and a touchdown.
