Justice Ginsburg to skip State of a Union, signals she has no skeleton to retire

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will not be attending President Donald Trump’s State of a Union residence on Tuesday.

Instead, she will be during Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, for a speak that was announced in August, the Providence Journal reported.

Ginsburg, 84, also has sent signals recently that she intends to keep her chair on a dais for years to come.

When asked how prolonged she intends to serve, she pronounced she will stay as prolonged as she can go “full steam,” sketch impulse from her model, Justice John Paul Stevens, who stepped down in 2010 during age 90.
