Huge Dinosaur Found in Egypt Is First of Its Kind

“Was Africa an removed continent, or were there connectors with a land masses surrounding it?” asks Field Museum paleontologist Eric Gorscak. The new find, he says, suggests a latter. So far, Mansourasaurus seems really identical to Cretaceous sauropods found in Europe and Asia, suggesting that a Egyptian dinosaur did not develop in isolation.
