Former Kalamazoo football actor catches 3-year-old forsaken from blazing building

KALAMAZOO, MI — Catching a child who was forsaken from a blazing building was only Phillip Blanks doing his job.

The late U.S. Marine and former football actor during Kalamazoo Central High School doesn’t wish special approval for assisting save a 3-year-old child from an unit glow in Phoenix, Arizona. Blanks, a physique ensure today, pronounced safeguarding others is only partial of his job.

Blanks pronounced he isn’t looking for courtesy and he hopes he can assistance a children influenced by a fire.

“In this conditions if we could use this height to get these kids some help, that’d be great,” Blanks said. “I don’t need any. we don’t wish any assistance or too most approval for this. we only feel like we was doing my job.”
