Complaints filed opposite Brett Kavanaugh are eliminated to Colorado justice for handling

WASHINGTON – More than a dozen complaints filed opposite new Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh were eliminated to a sovereign appeals justice in Colorado on Wednesday. 

The legal misconduct grievances were creatively filed during a sovereign appeals justice in Washington, where Kavanaugh served previously. Chief Justice John Roberts eliminated a complaints to a justice in Denver so they could be rubbed by a justice that hasn’t worked with Kavanaugh. 

The complaints pertain to open statements Kavanaugh done while he was a hopeful for the Supreme Court and not of his control as a judge. It’s doubtful a complaints will lead to any disciplinary action as Kavanaugh has already been sworn in to a Supreme Court and is no longer on the D.C. Circuit.  

Roberts wrote a minute to Chief Circuit Judge Timothy Tymkovich during a 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, transferring a 15 complaints to a Denver court. 

“I have selected the Judicial Council of a United States Court of Appeals for a Tenth Circuit to accept a send and to practice a powers of a legal legislature with honour to a identified complaints and any tentative or new complaints relating to a same theme matter,” he wrote.

If Kavanaugh were have found to have committed misconduct, he could be disciplined or suspended. Only Congress can mislay a decider from office, an doubtful probability for Kavanaugh. 

Meanwhile, Kavanaugh has already started his new job. His initial day on a nation’s top justice was Tuesday.
