Badgers secure dual some-more verbal commitments for 2019 football class

MADISON – Wisconsin continues to build a 2019 football recruiting class. 

Nolan Groulx, a far-reaching receiver from North Carolina, on Sunday announced he had given UW an verbal commitment. 

That came reduction than 24 hours after Bryson Shaw, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound reserve from a Bullis School in Potomac, Md., committed to UW.

Shaw and Groulx, 6-0 and 185, are a sixth and seventh famous commitments for UW’s ’19 class. 

North Carolina State, coached by former UW defensive coordinator Dave Doeren, is among several schools that offering Groulx.

Others embody Wake Forest, Duke, Vanderbilt and West Virginia.

Shaw primarily committed to Maryland – to play lacrosse. 

He had football grant offers Maryland, Rutgers, Syracuse, Virginia, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
